This is a cloud of the undulation that appeared suddenly in the sky of Saitama, Japan at about 10:00 a.m. on November 10, 2011.
It is said whether such a strange cloud is an earthqake cloud, but a cloud of this undulation seems to be a cloud appearing one week before an earthquake occurrence.
